With a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist on staff, Stevens Driving School will evaluate your family member and provide you a professional written report on his or her driving ability.

For some drivers following an evaluation, modifying behavior will allow them to continue to drive. For some, modifying a vehicle will be the means to mobility. And for some it will be clear that it is time to stop driving for a while or forever. For those that are recalcitrant, together we will notify the Department of Motor Vehicles and allow DMV to take away the keys.

1) Driver Evaluations @ $125- Includes in-car evaluation of driving ability with report
2) Driver Rehabilitation and Retraining @ $75 per 45 minute rehabilitation or retraining lesson.

Our Driver Rehabilitation Specialist, Mr. Andrew Streit, MS, CDI, DRS – is a New York State Certified Driving Instructor, New York State Certified Teacher who holds an MS in Special Education Administration, BA in Physical Education and Health and years of experience working with persons with disabilities. With our professional evaluation you will be able to make a substantiated judgment on your patient’s ability to drive, which will protect you from law suits.
