* Limited Junior licenses are gone!!!
* All drivers issued a junior permit at 16 or 17 years old must wait 6 months from their permit issue date to take their road test.
* All permit holders ages 16 or 17 must have 50 hours of supervised driving with a parent, legal guardian or DRIVING SCHOOL, with at least 15 hours of night driving.
* Permit holders may only have one passenger under the age of 21 (who must be a licensed driver) in the vehicle, if a parent or legal guardian is not also in vehicle.
* All licensed drivers ages 16 or 17 with a DJ (Junior Driver License) may only have 1 non-family member passenger in the vehicle at any time.
* These laws do not effect permit holders or drivers over the age of 18.
